All the young lady could see was his tail. The big, fluffy, white tail that called to her teeth. For all of her two, almost three years, she had tried desperately to catch the white tip of her own tail. But no, it continually eluded her! Racing around the rock, she was more an more determined with every scrambled footstep! At last she was close enough and she launched herself at the tail, just as Arturio also lept and whipped around to face her! Off guard, she twisted in midair to avoid being tagged and scurried away from him, tail high in and waving. She tripped over her paws and tumbled out of their previous path. As soon as she was able to get to her paws again and scampered into brushes.
‘Safer’ under the brush, she looked up at him, backend still going a little crazy and making the bushes sway wildly with rustling of various leaves. As she gazed, she tilted her head slightly. Arturio reminded her a lot of her adopted uncle! They were both lighter colors, very big, and had the aura about them of enjoying play but possibly rarely having the opportunity to do so. She leaned out a little further from her hiding place amongst the twigs. Are you an adventurer? She asked, hoping to be able to tie the two stranger wolves together in her mind, and to hear stories of more far off places and incredible quests that would have made any imagination run wild!
