I'm starting a second fellowship (external) after the end of my training this August, this time on a specialty dr payscale. They do have on-calls as well and I try to figure out why on earth I accepted to do that. Just 5% extra rather than 40%. Also, I've been told that my payscale will be year one specialty doctor which is way less than st7. Does anyone have any experience on that?
