A single ears swivels forward as the sound of approaching hooves. She ignores the loudly colored breeder as he approaches, and continues to chew the tender shoots of grass. Then he spoke. Damn. She had no interest in speaking with him, she raises her chiseled head. Continuing to chew, she was after all in no huge hurry to have small talk with him. It's rude to stare, of course he would point out the obvious. She snorts, at his words. She did not care if he felt it was rude, she was not here to tip toe around and make sure she didn't hurt his precious feelings.
He reaches his muzzle forward, to draw her scent in. She reaches her dark muzzle an inch forward, and in one movement her ears sweep into her ebony tresses, her mouth opens wide and her teeth snap together. Who did this breeder think he was? Taking her scent as if it was his, the snap of her teeth was just a warning this time.
Than as if it was another dig at her, he dared to call her mare. Her ears remained buried in her mane. "I would love nothing more than to give you a lesson in manners. Especially in not calling me Mare." Her words spit between tight lips. "And, I wouldn't flatter yourself Breeder. Your kind has a specific purpose."
She seethes inside from his apparent lack of respect for the Queen. If she was a stallion, he would of never spoke to her in such a manner. She impatiently awaits his apology, she could care less for the words, but it brought her great pleasure seeing their lack of composure as they stumble over their words.
