Traveling June 29th, south on 192 just leaving Wesley into Northfield heading into Machias at 7:30am, saw big cat cross the road heading toward waterway. Long tail, golden colored, muscular body, rounded ears. About the size of a big lab maybe 100-120 lbs. Big kitty- long tail. Looked young.I got a good look about 28 feet in front of my Jeep. Wow! My husband and I saw one a few years back on Route 1 near Tide Mill Farm that was huge (at least 150-200 lbs) running in accross the road. Yup, they are here in Maine!
