. CHARITABLE ADVERTISING on Web Site
There are many worthwhile charitable causes in existence, but we can only accept sponsorship or fundraising efforts on Fusilier Association websites, that specifically support approved Fusilier charities.
This essentially means that it is acceptable to use these pages to seek sponsorship for The Fusiliers Aid Society (which includes Fallen Fusiliers), and The Fusilier Memorial fund only.
We now have our own dedicated justgiving site (http://www.justgiving.com/fusiliersaidsociety), which you can use to help raise money for your cause. If you let RHQ (Asst Regt Sec) know the specific cause you are raising money for, it will be directed to the correct fund.
Messages soliciting sponsorship for causes or charities other than the Fusilier ones mentioned above should not be placed on the message board and may be removed by the Webmaster.

In Pensioner Albert Mayle Funeral 1st August 2017 – 2.00 pm
The Funeral for In Pensioner Bert Mayle will take place on Tuesday 1st August 2017.
The service will be held at the Wren Chapel within the Royal Hospital, Chelsea at 2.00 pm. You are asked to arrive no later than 1.30.pm. The rendezvous, if early, is in the area of the Margaret Thatcher Infirmary Cafe.
This will be followed by a ceremony for the immediate family (only) at the South London Crematorium.
Bert’s family have very kindly invited guests to return to the North Cheam Sports and Social Club, London Rd, N Cheam, SM3 9BZ for a reception which will take place from 4.00 pm.
Parking:
There will be parking available at the Royal Hospital on a first come first served basis. Car parking is also available at and close to the North Cheam Social Club.
Bert’s daughter, Jan Hudson, has asked that those wishing to attend to inform her in order to allow her to cater for the correct numbers.
