She felt like they could do this forever, just playing and laughing together without even worrying about the fact that they speak two different languages. Well, he can speak some of her language but she was absolutely lost when it came to his words, except for ludere, of course! She had picked up on that one quick once he kept saying play and then that word again. Now she knew a word in his language! And she was hungry for more. She hoped that white wolf she had met who talked to her dad would teach her more soon. She didn't quite understand why he had to know this language when every wolf she'd ever been around had spoken the same language she did. And by every wolf, she meant her dad, her mom, and Myrria, of course. Who else was there? No one, in her world.

He listened carefully as she explained that since their names meant life and light, they were pretty dang awesome and he barked back in agreement, or what she could only assume was agreement. She wagged her tail too and play bowed in excitement. Now let's get down to the ludere-ing, if that word even exists. But he tilted his head and distracted her, suddenly looking confused as he sounded out the word awesome. It was just too adorable and she grinned at him as she nodded and held her head high with pride.

"It means that we're pretty dang special, Aeon. Basically the world revolves around us."

That made perfect sense to her so hopefully he would understand too. She turned back to meet him in midair as he pulled her tail hairs and she giggled as they started rolling in the dirt. Luckily there was no rocks directly beneath them to bruise their backs on so the dirt was a pretty decent cushion for the fall. As he went for her ear again and again, she kept squirming and kicking, trying to make it harder for him without actually hurting him. He was her new best friend so the last thing she wanted to do was hurt him. When she managed to grab some of his fur, he growled and moved toward her and she gasped, inhaling his strong scent with a mixture of curiosity and flustered anxiety.

When he went to jump forward and over her, she tried to curl up and to pull her legs in but he was already tangling in them and tripping. She rolled to her side as he made it to the other side finally, still giggling so hard that she felt tears of joy wetting her eyes. She beamed at him and jumped up, shaking the dirt from her fur as she leapt toward him again.

"What do you want to do now, Aeon? Want to go exploring? There are plenty of caves and stuff around here! Oh and there's treasure! I just haven't found it yet."

She wagged her tail in excitement. There was just so much to do with him and so little time! She wanted to do everything now that she had company. If only she was a savant, then she would know all the cool places where treasure would hide.
