Boss's Decree

"For every brother you bring to our
midst, you may keep a trinket all to
yourself. She will not be sullied or traded, unless you deem otherwise. But should you bring a mare here without a new brother first, then I will consider her property of the Lagoon as a whole
and do with her as I see fit." - Garmr

Rules

• The Lagoon is where homeless stallions come to live as a brotherhood. Mares may not live here except as captives or companions for the Leaders.

• Soldiers keep mainly to fighting, Thieves keep mainly to raiding, and Associates may do both, neither, or act as diplomats. Members may issue their own battles and raids, but should generally consult the General, Marauder or Boss for permission.

• All major decisions are determined by vote, but the Boss maintains order within the Lagoon and has the final say.

• Elections for leadership positions will be held every TLI summer, provided the qualifying criteria are met.

• You can find detailed information about how the Lagoon works on the Rules page.

• Upon election, the Boss can issue a rule for members to follow during their tenure. It is up to leadership to enforce.

TELL ME, WHY CAN'T THIS BE ENOUGH?

15.2HH PERLINO AKHAL-TEKE MARE
QUEEN OF PARADISE

She could feel his eyes upon her. “I know you’re there” she stated simply, her tail snapping sharply behind her. Her annoyance at being kept waiting halted the buds nervousness from flowering, but it would only last for so long. Her blue eyes narrowed, staring down the foliage until a golden stallion finally emerged. Her mother tightened. She was not expecting someone of his breeding, not in a place like this. He shone like a light in the dark, as their kind often did, though she supposed she shone brighter. She could practically hear Wolpertinger shouting about the dangers of conversing with not only a bachelor, but another pure blooded Teke. How fortunate Wolpertinger was not here.

She drew her head back, her chin tipping toward her chest and her delicate neck elongated. Her eyes remained narrowed, carefully studying the golden stallion’s body language as he circled and spoke. ”If you are referring to me then I believe you are mistaken.” she quipped back with a smirk. While it was technically true that she was indeed out of her element in a place like this, that was not something she would ever admit to. He continued to question her motives and she merely offered him a sly grin, ”Of course I know what this place is, and I’ve heard the rumours of the types of stallions that Inhabit it.. She did not give him any indication that she agreed or disagreed this this type of behaviour.

He continued to speak. How rude indeed, she thought to herself. ”My name is Keyik”, she informed him while deftly stepping around his side. She curled her neck round to look back at him, "and unless you are the one in charge here, my business is none of yours.”
