38yr old female, otherwise healthy, not on medication. ~resented 2 months back with floaters, LOV in lt eye. O/E: PVD, with KPs. Retina clear. (no h/o of trauma). Vis 6/30.Rest normal. All tests for TORCH-negative, HLAB27, CRP -inconclusive. Rt eye-normal. Did trial of IV steroid 2 weeks ago. No significant improvement but now complaining of dull pain in right eye. O/E rt eye: NO abnormality detected! FA:normal. Differentials?
