Freebies are often granted to "all active characters". A character is considered active if it has made an IC post within the last 2 weeks. Posts made after the freebie was posted do not count.
new haven feature: 'free fathers'

3 npc's have been added to the database to act as 'free fathers' for player characters.
as an alternative to a virgin pregnancy item, you can use any of these npc's at any time to create a baby with your female character. the difference between this and a virgin pregnancy item:
- you can see the stats beforehand (virgin pregnancy item randomly generates father's stats)
- father pre-created npc which you can use in your posts.
- baby's stats will go in the database with the father's name under heritage, not "unknown".
- other players can also use these npc's to create biological half-siblings.
to see these new npc's, go to play -> haven -> "free fathers" (under "for players").
if you cannot see the "free fathers" link, right-click in the navbar and click "reload frame".
