I have two characters who are looking to set up shop in the nearish future, so I would love to set up meeting threads with anyone who may be interested! :3 I'm also completely open to the position being temporary (ex: you need a character to try out a job but fail or quit, etc.), the development of relationships between employer/employee (both Oli and Danny are quite young for the positions they'll be holding, so that could breed some fun DRAMA!), etc. Also if there's not a position listed but you'd like to fill, just poke me! <3
OLIVE will be opening an Inn with help from King Arthur (meaning she basically got a startup loan and will need to make payments!). I'm planning to start out with a pretty small crew and then grow it over time, but will eventually need/would like to see...
* Barkeeper (in charge of all personal stores/brews as well as acquirement, etc.)
* Host/Hostess (greets guests visiting to eat in the main dining area, manages servers, etc.)
* Servers (cares for guests who are eating in the main dining area)
-- Bar position of some kind: Renn
* Head Housekeeper (keeps maids in line, ensures high priority guests are cared for, etc.)
* Maids (clean rooms, prepare for new guests, ensure they're looked after)
* Gardener (keeps exterior of inn looking good) - the "Head Gardener" position will likely go to Oli's dad Jacopo when he gets out of prison, if he wants it! :3
* Handymen (fix leaky sinks, does odd jobs, etc.)
* (TEMPORARY) Head Chef - I'm looking for a temporary chef, very talented but with a bad personality (picturing someone snooty, VERY high maintenance/demanding, arrogant, has to be flattered/tiptoed around at all times, hotblooded [throws pots and pans around in a bad mood], etc.) who will eventually end up quitting mid-service leaving Oli high and dry. I plan for Mateo to eventually take over this position. :)
* Sous Chef
* Dishwasher (great starter job for a teen/young adult who wants to move up to be a server eventually!)
DANNY is hoping to establish a clinic; it would work on a sliding scale depending on the person's income (a number of patients would have their services covered in full) and be open 24/7 for everything from checkups to emergency room visits.
* Trained Doctors, Nurses, and support staff.
* Untrained/partially trained people with healing knowledge/powers, who are willing to learn.
* Any type of doctor is welcome, including physicians, surgeons, therapists, etc.

* Receptionist
* Bookkeeper (as a public foundation Danny would expect monthly reports to go out to contributors so they can see exactly where their money is going, etc.)
* Janitor
* Pharmacist (more like an old-time physician, they'd make up potions, pills, etc. and deliver them to patients as needed)
* Benefactors (donate finances to the foundation)
* Volunteers (visit people without family, bring flowers, assist nurses in minor things, etc.)
* Patient Liaison (sit with elderly/young/nervous patients, provide non-judgmental support (especially for trauma victims), check in with people after they go home from the hospital, etc.)
