During the day, sentries guard the sleeping. When the sky is dark and the moon dances with the stars, this is when the real fun begins. Munashii Gekko's forest is the only haunt where you can find your local misfits all in one place. A land of the forbidden and forgotten, a place that is riddled with dangers of a whole different kind. The wolves here have long misplaced their rightful minds, and now live like creatures damned to prowl and lurk through the night. It's easy to lose yourself here, sanity was sure to fade away and wither; there was never anything normal about this nefarious nest. The silent threats that whispered in the breeze were enough to deter even the largest of demons around. It was not strength nor wit that ensured your survival here with Eric, and challengers would be torn down with a morose lethality - there was nothing left in his cold blue eyes that promised mercy to anyone who dared to overstep their worth. So, would you give up the sun for the moon and stars? Do you have enough vigor to become a well regarded sentry? - Put on a game face to step up and pass the sepia king's test or turn and leave before he catches your scent. You never know who wants to snack on your delicious blood in this forest.

I'll Seek You Out, Flay You Alive

The Moon Goddess grew restless. Like she was just wanted to return home - But was this still her home? She never felt truly at peace since Justice, at least until Ameira had come. She sighed. Where was that sweet little flower child? Justice . . . He was just a temporary face with fading memories. She thought she loved him, but he used her. No . . . Did he? Everything felt so real. Like he really did love her, but she wasn't enough and he found someone he thought was better. She closed her eyes, remembering those warm amber eyes of his . . . His soft, long, dark brown fur . . . Voices began to sturr in her head.

She shook her head and her eyes fluttered back open, she struggled to keep her footing as everything blurred again from the poppy. Once she got her footing she looked to the alphess again who was now sitting. "Munashii was your home before?" Artemis nodded and told her story of how unwanted she's always felt. "I believe that's nonsense, everyone has a place here in Munashii; now you wouldn't just come here if you believed you didn't belong here." She lowered her head once more. "Maybe I do belong here . . . Do you mind if I'm a bit damaged and broken? Perhaps psychotic?"

And suddenly as if in the blink of an eye the goddess seemed happy, and bubbly. Her body language softened and her cranium rose. "Yes, I'd love to call this place home once more." She smiled as she looked at the tree branches looming above. She turned back to Milo. "I'm Artemis. Maybe, if you don't mind, you'd be able to help me get sober and stay clean, love." She giggled, flicking off a poppy petal from the pad of her front paw.

"One more word and you won't survive."
