I've heard a number of comments from drivers this season and this past weekend that tires are not meeting their expectations, both for ISMA and Oswego cars. What's the problem? What has changed and why? Is this something that can be easily fixed?

Please...no bashing. Let's keep this a polite, technical discussion and avoid disparaging remarks toward the tire manufacturer and/or racing organizations. Thanks.
