Mountain Lion, Sterling, MA
IP: 24.63.58.131

I saw a mountain lion at 12:40 p.m. on Sunday, September 10, 2017, on George Peso Road in Sterling, MA. It was beige or taupe in color, and was about the size of my dog who weighs 70 pounds. It crossed the road in front of my car and went into the woods on Chocksett Road. It was high noon, so I got a good look at it and knew by the thick, long tail that it was a mountain lion and not a bobcat. My brother had one in his backyard in Clinton, MA, about three months ago, and my aunt has sighted one on two different occasions near her house in Princeton. Even though the Wildlife "Authorities" are still claiming there are no mountain lions in Massachusetts!
