So, replying to my own message...after talking to some neighbors, apparently there is a mating pair of bobcats in the area with two cubs. The male is, reportedly, abnormally large and has a much longer tail than most bobcats do, so it's likely he was what I saw and it was a false alarm. I'll be on the lookout for the cubs since they've been sighted many times with mom in the area! Replies: There have been no replies.
