She eagerly listens to his words, it has been some time since she as actually talked with anyone and Brick was an interesting character. She tilts her head as he mentions that he hasnt ever really had friends. No friends?! How has he gone without even just one friend? He grew curiouser with each passing minute she spoke with him. "No friends?" She says surprise written all over her delicate face. "Well, Brick.. the horses from your homeland were foolish." She says before she realizes she may of offended him. I mean... She pauses. "They should of been your friend." She can feel warmth crawl into her cheeks. Way to go Caly, already your mouth is running away with you."

The moment passes, and soon he is asking her to show him around, and of course she eagerly nods. "Oh its beautiful." She says breathlessly as she speaks of her home. Their home. The thought causes her to feel warm, she looks shyly up at him from underneath her veil of eyelashes.

As the conversation turns to how she had ended up here, she can feel her heart tug with the memories. She lets her gaze wander to the water's edge. "My father was once King of this land, one day he decided that he had enough of waiting for mother. Atleast that is what I had thought. He left into the sea and I haven't seen him since." She says simply and straight to the point. "I miss him, and them." She says finally, the words are painful as they leave her mouth. Caly swallows hard, but the lump in her throat was stubborn and wouldn't leave.

A few minutes tick by, she clears her throat loudly, then returns her bicolored gaze to him. "How about you Brick? What brings you to the Islands?" She questions.
