Thanks for the advice.
I do not mean to shout!
I always thought the agencies would like to ask for a high rate for their doctors as their commission goes high as a percentage of the rate!
i.e if they take 'like 30%" it would be higher if they can get higher rate for the doctor! Isn't that a true?!!
