Solar panels? Recycle time?

Us liberals said that we wanted to support and export our clean energy. So will me buy Spafford Democrats fight for American SUNVIA or Solar Worlds solar panels instead of Chinese. We are aware of the cost and installation arguments. ITC, International trade commission voted how? So much for us liberals always saying,” we will export, we will lead in R and D, yet we will sacrifice all of this industry and its R and D to recycle panels 35 years from now. All half a billion of them. Toxic. Lets see what happens in town. Please help if you know anything.
