Came to know of a situation where a staff grade doctor was targeted when he complained regarding over-booked clinics, patients brought without being booked and as a result he was chronically late. When he complained, attitude of line manager, service lead changed and he became their target. As a result his performance declined, he was stressed out and became ill, hardly ended his fixed term post. Now has left UK but what bad experience and reputation he must have taken back with him.
