This happens all the time. Why can't we just all get along? Too many ego's in medicine. Too many arrogant swines. Everybody thinks they are the best, or better and seems to offer out advice to everybody else rather than looking in the mirror. I have seen people interfere with others on a formal level so many times, and they seem surprised when they get a return in favour. All too often, people of power and authority have far too little common sense and too much of an ego.
