Susil Crags

Disaster has struck!
The Crags are a series of rocky formations with small caves and crevices throughout. Many of the lower-lying areas of the Crags have been flooded, however, with water pouring in from the Northern stretches of Moladion. Some paths have been completely submerged, and some are nothing more than a few rocky peaks sticking out of the water. The water is fairly slow moving but begins to pick speed up towards the Grotto, becoming a series of intense rapids and waterfalls as it nears the Grotto's entrance.

The area itself is still traversible. However, it can be risky. Large amounts of debris can enter the waterway, creating bridges at times but also creating dams that break and cause ocassional flash-flooding. Be careful, travelers! One wrong step and you could end up finding out where the water goes.

Note: Susil Crags will return to normal once 25 posts have been completed (or at Staff discretion). During this time, new threads will receive a 'Surprise','Disaster', and prizes.

Getting her paws beneath her, Magpie stood, more or less unharmed by her tumble only to come face to face with a large, snarling face. Before she could even register that she’d run into another wolf and apologize she was shoved back. It had been quite a while since she’d been physically accosted by anyone so it came as a bit of a shock. Wide, pale eyes stared at the wolf before her. He was quite large and his golden eyes seemed to burn within their dark mask. Her back legs caved and she plopped her rump down abruptly, ears pulling back close to her skull as the male continued to stare her down.
Much as she was used to doing, she presented herself as a compliant if not entirely submissive figure. She certainly recognized that the other wolf was both older and stronger than she was. Being young and rather lean, she was not built for brute strength or to withstand it. Her long legs were meant to carry her away from most dangers. However, in this weather, there would be no running so she pushed aside her pride and her growing confidence and slipped back into her old role in life.
”I’m so sorry, I hope I didn’t hurt you.” Despite the male’s rather rude behavior toward her, she truly did hope that she hadn’t caused him any harm with her clumsiness. The genuine concern translated into her soft voice as she did her best to ignore the snarl that rattled in his chest like angry bees in a hollow tree.
