It is completely ridiculous for CCT trainees and CCT trained doctors to look down their noses at those doctors overlooked for the training programme through an appointment system that has been until very recently, secretive, opaque and cronyistic.It appears to take aim at mediocrity and very rarely fails to hit the target...
