Hey fellow, these homegrown trainees are as bogus as the homegrown consultants & worse is till to come. I do their emergency, glaucoma/MR, calls, lasers, plastics list and weekend cataract service lists. Without these glorified trainees and consultants, NHS can work and work well but it will collapse to its heels without staffgrade cadre. They are bull$hitter trainees.
