TOWN HALL MINUTES FOR THE PUBLIC. READ AND SEE....

Feb. meeting at town hall... listen to the words. (First. every one servers their country, u don't have to be in the military, my father said this...as he shot down 109s in France. )

We thought these people had true experience. listen to this level 1 dialogue. And see why people are resisting. Never had this kind of meeting at the firehouse where we needed to pay a lawyer..but we will ask for a lawyer now at our meetings so as to PROTECT OURSELVES...Hope our fire TAX goes up even though Hana said " Taxes was an important issue " when she ran. Remember....so here we go....where is David Muir?

HANA ( talks to about how she doesn't know them ( candidates ) and she needs to know them to make the best decision for the towns people. fair enough...etc etc etc.

Lets talk about the appointments.
( can't clearly understand but did best I could for u. )

To clarify, a person has to get 3 votes to be...

It is not a simple no vote. ( why not make it simple??? please. no research before meeting by Sherry, Chris F and K or Hana?)

LAWYER
Yes. Has to get majority of the board.

That is my understanding.
I am going to recheck this. Because of the ( ambiguity?) ABSTENTION ( no one knew about this? )
But that is my understanding that you need a majority of the vote. The abstention puts ( cant understand him ) I'm going to double check ( to save us ) what I believe...

Do we need to look at this right now? You tell ME.

I don't have the materials available right now... My belief is that you need a majority of the vote of the board. That has not been achieved.

that was already our understanding last meeting as well. IT Needs to be 3.

LAWYER
I will double check it to make sure I am correct....for the candidates..... ( because we want to be FAIR. will he check on inconsistent procedures from the last selection process? )

totally inefficent but they will justify it. watch...

NEW LOCAL LAW NEEDED? why not have a consistent law mandating candidate procedures? say - we will review the info of the candidates and we have two weeks to study, call to ask questions,
etc., can be done outside the town hall. Then during a Town Hall meeting. OR IS THIs ILLEGAL in the USA? .. etc...make that part of our local law. or is this too complicated? This was a waste of time. As a political scientist, change the chemistry like in a Tesla Battery for more efficiency...

so i guess CF and Hana voted for John Hitch? Sherry abstained for some behavioral reason, Chris K was not going to support JH???? No one wanted to be seen as being for a Dem or a Rep. politics? Yes? No? . so THEY WILL FINISH THIS NEXT MONTH. this is political science at its worst...?


NEXT and not related..
The talk of bonds. As anyone has bought shares of stock, preferred stock, bonds, etc should know about bonds. Experience? They never interviewed me like this. Thanks Sherry and Chris and Luke and Chris K. My resistance was built by u people. It came after your arrogance first. So take responsibility. Who on the board has not read a Tesla or Intel type shareholders report that covers some Bonds? Plus this is where our talented lawyer should be helping........
