The TPD keeps asking me to join the on call rota so the CCT trainee does not need so many rest days and gets more training! I do an independent laser list and the TPD asked me to do a YAG PI as an extra. I did. Subsequently asked them to sign a competency for it and they refused, so why ask me to do it ?!! I bet they would not behave like this with the CCT trainee...
