Why don't you prepare for the FRCOphth with no study leave budget, declined application for study leave as service needs you, admin session removed for service, no teaching session, covering the CCT trainee on call for their study leave, seeing 30+ patients in clinic
and doing Saturday clinic because your boss wants to see private patients in their NHS time? Then tell me what your pass rate is....
