Bugger. Keep pressing the wrong key. The March 2018 issue of Australian Aviation on page 16, with a pic, advises that the RAAF Growler which came to grief at Nellis AFB was a write off. That's one expensive loss for our Air Force. I wonder if the RAAF will grab an attrition replacement. Brings to mind that the new F35 Lightning has only one engine. I think that is a backward step as the engine cannot be guaranteed to never fail. That too would be an expensive loss. Replies: There have been no replies.
