It was great to see Brian, Ronny and Mark yesterday on the Northwest river, as well as countless other anglers and boaters. The weather was fabulous, however the fishing - not so much. Jim landed a nice pre-spawn 3 pounder, and we were fortunate to boat a few other keepers and dinks. Water temp was a surprising 62 degrees, and a bit muddy. Tolls creek was very active with frustrated anglers. Not sure what the bass are thinking, as we were unable to establish a discernible pattern, other than random strikes on reactionary baits. All and all is was great day to be back on the water... Replies:
