Susil Crags

Disaster has struck!
The Crags are a series of rocky formations with small caves and crevices throughout. Many of the lower-lying areas of the Crags have been flooded, however, with water pouring in from the Northern stretches of Moladion. Some paths have been completely submerged, and some are nothing more than a few rocky peaks sticking out of the water. The water is fairly slow moving but begins to pick speed up towards the Grotto, becoming a series of intense rapids and waterfalls as it nears the Grotto's entrance.

The area itself is still traversible. However, it can be risky. Large amounts of debris can enter the waterway, creating bridges at times but also creating dams that break and cause ocassional flash-flooding. Be careful, travelers! One wrong step and you could end up finding out where the water goes.

Note: Susil Crags will return to normal once 25 posts have been completed (or at Staff discretion). During this time, new threads will receive a 'Surprise','Disaster', and prizes.

Dandelion scanned the horizon from the higher perch with Reine at her side. Her tail swayed back and forth gently for the time being as she pondered what they could do. There were many possibilities. Exploring the Grotto that ran beneath the Crags was fun, but she had been there, so the blonde girl wanted to do something different. A soft hhmm escaped her as she searched for a possible source for a game.

"There!" she exclaimed suddenly. A small handful of deer had drifted across their line of sight. She tilted her head slightly, looking over to Reine. "I don't think we could catch one, but if there isn't a big one, we could totally chase those," she suggested. Not quite big enough to hunt a deer by herself, and probably not with another yearling either, even if her friend was a fair bit bigger than her.

Dandy was thoughtful for a moment. Maybe it wasn't the best idea, but it was worth a shot. But, she offered an alternative, just in case. "Or maybe a race. From here to over there!" the girl said excitedly, gesturing towards the far tree line. Yes, a race might be a better idea.
