Welcome To Holy Oaks City
Welcome to Holy Oaks City. There are no adults here. Those that lived in or around the city previously either died of a disease known now as An Tarra Dubh (The Black Tar), or disappeared randomly. On the same day the disappearances occurred there was a massive power surge. As it was later discovered there was now a barrier around their massive city. Despite having a radius of hundreds of miles, the citizens are still trapped. Over the course of the following weeks the kids began to discover new powers and abilities. Their beloved pets changed colors and grew strange mutations. Even the wildlife was changed. Some did however remain normal, mortal.
People are looking for answers. Maybe you will be the one to find them.
