Glorall

Disaster has struck!
Flooding from the north has taken its toll on Glorall. The large tides combined with the increase in water draining from the Ruieze River has flooded the lower regions of the pack. The sandy soil, compounded with so much water, has toppled a lot of trees. Traveling is difficult even when the water is shallower, with the sandy soil below being difficult to find traction on. The daily tides seem to keep the level of flooding fairly consistent, too.

During the low tide, wolves may be able to move around the higher dunes (with some difficulty) but during high tide, the pack is almost impossible to safely navigate. Swimming is possible, but the risk of currants and surges from either the ocean or the river are very real. The island off of the coast of Glorall is untouched by either issue, although it is incredibly difficult to find your way there without being an adept swimmer with plenty of good luck!

Note: Glorall will reopen once 30 posts have been completed (or at Staff discretion). During this time, new threads will receive a 'Surprise','Disaster', and prizes. Glorall is currently not open for challenges.

Eira's tail waved at the prospect of playing with their big brother and his foxy friend. She did note that the silver beast over Erebos' should wasn't moving. Maybe that was what some creatures did until they were prompted. The brown and white girl tilted her head slightly, still curious about this older brother. It also made her wonder how many other siblings were out there considering how much bigger and older this one was compared to them.

Her mis-matched gaze shifted from Erebos to his friend to her sister. Eira gave a wide grin that he was both wiling to play and Badar was already batting at his toes. The girl danced in place excitedly, pausing suddenly to scratch at an itch in her left armpit briefly. Today wasn't so bad with the itching, she thought, but she did hate that it just had to happen right now as their brother was willing to play with them.

"Yes, let's play!" she said with a happy yip. The girl was back to her paws with a swoosh and splash of water. But what would they play? Not all games were good for bigger wolves with little ones. But of course they wanted to play with their big brother. Eira quickly assumed a bow in the shallow water, taking a couple short hopes forward, stirring the ocean about her vigorously as she did. Little did she realize that she was just a small drop in the great sea.

The dual colored pup was curious now. Swim? Eira shook her head in a negative response. She had not yet learned to swim. And since there were times that her littermates were not at the same place at the same time, she only looked to Badar curiously if she had already figured out the skill. All the same, her mismatched yellow and maroon eyes were back onto Erebos. "But you can show us, right?" she asked. She meant the word teach, but her vocabulary and sentence structure was still growing.
