It had not been his intention to swoop back into the Lagoon and become the Boss. He did not know the band of males that lived there, but he did know the area. One could never forget the familiarity of their birthplace and Cullen was no exception. Seven years ago, he was born in this soggy mud where his mother had been forcefully led. It was Thane who dragged the pregnant Cherish to the Lagoon and then left her to rot here.

Cullen's father never came for him and never once reached out to save him. Cullen didn't care. He grew from an infant to a young colt under the care of the Lagoon brothers.

Little did he know his sire would come strolling in one day to join the ranks. Cullen had one conversation with him where he was scolded and assumed a son of Felony. It was his mother that told him the palomino roan was his own blood, his sire. That was when the dirty truth came out and Cullen began to realize just how naive his dam was.

Before the confrontation could come they were whisked away again. An intruder grabbed his mother yet again and another stallion herded him, and his young brother, along with her to the mainland. He yet again became a bachelor, but in a band of rightful criminals. They were something neither of them had ever experienced before and changed their lives forever.

Fast forward five years and here he stood again, but this time the Lagoon was his own. He only wondered how his new brothers would receive him. Cullen stood in the mix of water and dirt looking around the quiet home of the bachelors. He had never seen it this quiet before and he had plans on building up this old place.
