Meadow

She was no stranger to sex and what came out of it. A child was the whole reason she had allowed him to touch her, but he had been chosen by their connection. Bonded over their loss, an attraction had sparked and Sojourner had felt safe with him. It has been so long since she felt a connection with anyone. Though she was smart enough to know that did not mean Mikhail felt the same way or that he would even want anything to do with her after what happened.

She had watched her mother love blindly for years until she finally met the one she was destined for. SO was an old mare now, but still she searched for her one. She belived in soul mates (it was hard not to with the mother she had), but she also believed hers might have died before she had the chance to meet him. Maybe he had been around in her time sulking about Warsaw's creation and she missed him.

SO had found a friend in Solgar who fathered her second child, but she had not stayed long in his herd. He was charming, but something hadn't felt right with him so she left. She left the islands and only returned now for the memories. Memories and the hope that Sabela had went back to her birthhome.

The sun was high in the sky once she reached the meadow. She wasn't sure what she was looking for here, but it felt like an odd force made her come this way. The golden cream walked to an opened part of the meadow where no one else was before lowering her head and nibbling on some of the grass around her. It wasn't long before her eyes caught movement. Her head snapped up and she nickered at the two toned stallion traveling nearby.
