I am pretty sure that PR checks these sites. It would be interesting to hear the speedways' take on this. If you are buying laps - you should know who is the receiver of the money or where it is going. I see it both ways on who gets the lap money - maybe a half and half split (leader / Random) is another way to satisfy the problem.
