Hi John - there is a group of us who get together for a run every Saturday morning at 7:30. It’s open to everyone. We have a route that is 11.2 k. And we go for coffee after. I post a message here on Thursday or Friday each week because we have two different spots where we meet and also, if there is a race that week that might change things a bit.
