We had a pair of Great-Crested Flycatchers nest last spring in a Red-Headed woodpecker box behind our cottage on a pole, facing south east about 12 feet above the ground. We have put up a second woodpecker box hoping to now attack a nesting Red-headed woodpecker in the same vicinity.
