This afternoon there was a male Eurasian Wigeon in a flooded farm field at 4214 Highway 169, on the west side of the road just north of Concession Road 9. We happened upon two MNR biologists who were conducting waterfowl counts and had just found the bird. Large number of Northern Pintails, American Wigeon, and Green-winged Teal, too.
