Boith Bernie and Bob Trained me on the operation of the fwd cargo door and I think I used it once, I remember when the incident in USAF with the door failure in flight, and I think one peson managed to get back inside as he was hanging onto a chain. Co Tigwell had an incident on a test flight out of Qantas where the fwd cargo door warning light illuminated and after carrying out emergency procedures, i.e. chaining the door down depressurizing etc the landing was carried out back at Sydney after investigation it was discovered that a small touch up spray gun had been left inside a part of the door and had interfered with the micro.
