These jobs are set up only to keep the eye services running, i.e casualty, injections, IOP checks and glaucoma flow-ups. Do not expect to be treated as in-house trainees or offered the same privileges. The college only come up with this sort of jobs when no more staff grader are keen to keep doing the same donkey work forever. Better to avoid! Try Canada, US or Australia
