Yes- but are they doing macular laser, prp, making clinical decisions and interpreting investigations or that does involve a doctor�s knowledge base?
When they are doing practical procedures like intravitreal injecting is a doctor doing a paracentesis if the vision is NPL or is it a nurse? Who is taking responsibility for decision making and complications? Is it a nurse who wants to be in court ?
