Welcome to the degradation and slavery! This is a 2 tier system maintained by layer after layer of lie and BS! You are just cheap, menial labour to get the clinics going, casualties running and taking in calls! Trainees get exhausted after 3 hours theatre session! When trainees are out of theatre doing their lists, they need time to play, so you will take the on calls! Consultants can not be bothered with such trivialities, they are too busy in their private practice!
