This is no ordinary love

Instinctively, the sooty-colored mare's ears flicked back against her poll as Warsaw pushed her further about a potential stallion. She stomped one hoof in warning and even a small simper of a squeal left her lips before she lurched forward a few steps into a springy trot. And that was it -- Nova decided to let Warsaw's question hang deftly in the air. And she carried on as if he had never asked it, anyway.

Eventually the big grey stallion relented, and they were strolling mostly side-by-side. They moved quickly away from the pebble beach and into the thick of the forest. Nova's nostrils flared as she trudged ahead on the elevated path, the snow and the rocks requiring much more care and vigor in her pace than the Crossing, or the Prairie, or even the Desert. "So why do you like it here?" She asks, somewhat out of breath. "The cold and the rocks and the like." She eyes Warsaw now as his pace slows, and he mentions the border with the Bay. Nova breathes in deeply, trying to find the scent of Nephilim's children in the chilly air, but nothing familiar reaches her. "You know, I used to live in the Bay, too." She says, wondering if her time spent here in both terrains on Tinuvel is favorable to him. She's not sure why she wants to impress him so much, but here she is, searching for things that might pique his interest.

When he asks about Petal, a rueful smirk finds its way to her lips briefly and Nova flicks her tail over her round haunches. "Why? Do you wish she was here instead of me?" She asks flirtatiously, and takes a bold step to stand closer to him. She bumps him gently on his neck with her soft nose, and hovers there for a moment, breathing in his masculine scent. Her chin drapes gingerly down the length of his neck now, and she only stops once she's reached his wide chest. she takes a stort step back to look up at him from behind her pale blue eyes before turning swiftly on her haunches and cantering away.

The ashen-colored mare whinnies wildly in the wake of her exuberant take off, and cranes her dished face to one side to see if Warsaw would follow in pursuit of her. She had a vague idea of where she was going, a cavern she spent a great deal of time in when she lived in the Inlet one winter. Her heart was beating rapidly in her chest with excitement and some vague arousal. There was something about this stallion that she couldn't get enough of. Even if she couldn't place just what it was about him in this moment.
