Loqi is a rainbow, through and through, with soft fur, and a delicate frame, though he's decidedly less on the delicate side than some of the other Arcus Irae, being at least a little less obvious in his delicateness. He has a slender facial structure that also has it's handsome appeal, and he has slight toning to his body but even that helps him more with the ability of endurance and speed, as no Arcus Irae are truly meant to battle the other wolves, as they are outclassed in power. The first thing you'd notice about Loqi - aside from his personality compared to many of the other Arcus Irae, is that his coat is not pale pastels or soft colors - it's a bright, stand-out, array of vibrancy and neon. Loqi's base coat is an ultra-violet that has perhaps always grabbed more attention than he even needs, though down his legs this darkens into cobalt blue stockings. Specklings of bright pink, scarlet red and vibrant icterine orange intermingle and blanket his face, dripping down over his snout and throat to bloom over his chest like a neon sunset. The same ultraviolet of his base coat sweeps around his eyes in a band that circles his face in the area around his eyes before lightening back into neon sunset at the sides of his face, like a not fully formed band. His eyes are almost like that of watermelon quartz, a lighter shade of emerald, with it fading towards a soft watermelon pink towards his pupils.
Loqi is, strangely for how delicate he is, notable daring and fearless. Even if there are instances in which he should feel fear, and when he does, he's more the type to bluff it instead of showing he's afraid, and in some instances, he's gotten to a case of "fake it until you make it" where he's lead himself to believe he isn't afraid to the point where his conscious mind believes he isn't. While he does it more out of curiosity and less of a desire to trouble others, he's prone to disregard or test rules and boundaries, especially when others try to limit his freedom, if something catches his interest or there is something he is determined to do or see. When he feels as if he is being treated like a child who doesn't know anything, or sufficiently offended, angered, or even threatened, Loqi may develop a cutting tongue, something with which he can show his displeasure, and while his words may gain a sarcastic tint during this, he still avoids saying things that are aimed specifically to harm others, for even in these moments that he may feel resentment, he still does not wish to cause others to harbor negative feelings. He's a very jump in head-first and ask permission later, type of adventurous spirit, all things said.
Loqi grew up in a small offshoot village of the Arcus Irae, and, while he was loved and loved others, has always been a little bit of a trouble-maker, despite the fact he merely wished to go and see the world and things that intrigued him, and less because he wanted to make trouble for those around him. When he returned home from many an excursion, he always felt guilt if his parents or others in the community express worry or fear over what he may had gotten himself into. This soon lead to one of the community guards shadowing him against his knowledge whenever he would go exploring, and there were very few times, if not less than three times, that Loqi had ever noticed the glowing eyed guard's presence. During one of these excursions, he did not know that was the last he would see of his family, or the community, at all. Of course - he did not go easily, but the sheer urgentness is what made him listen - because he could tell this wasn't an ordinary chastisement or random message.
