Upon contacting the offices of Bilirakis, Castor, Nelson, and Rubio, Nelson responding he has co-sponsored the Social Security Fairness Act of 2017 which would repeal WEP/GPO. The bill is pending before the Senate Finance Committee which he is a member. 25 senators have signed on for the bill whereas 187 congressmen have committed to it. More republicans need to be convinced of this travesty to first responders, teachers, and many federal employees. Rubio has responded as well and will get back.
