My dear chap,
This is a very English scandal where we expect you to provide service in our casualty and on call while we surgically train the trainee. They will then come and ask you about every clinic patient and cry when they cannot manage the casualty session when you are on annual leave. After training them, they will leave the NHS to work privately and also get an NHS consultant post where they will earn twice your salary.....
