no surprise, i joined my parent institute after resigning from my post here in 2015. My on-call rota in the official contract was 1:7 but was changed to 1:4 to 'accommodate' trainees & my surgical sessions reduced from 2 to one & even the lonely one was on&off depending on the situation in casualty. Happy i made the right decision & left.
