They will eventually do it, I mean the optoms/nurses just like in Australia!!!!
They are the best solution for the current NHS crisis. Crises made by the system made by the consultants.
SAS doctors should train nobody as nobody trains them. They are only allowed to do skills they already know and if something goes wrong, everyone will forget that surgeons do complications and that's how it is in the UK/NHS.
They don't get paid for supervising and training...that's the consultants/senior trainees job.
