...SAS have trainees/F1/F2 doctors for training and teaching in clinics & they obviously out of professionalism and courtesy cannot turn them back & they cannot even complain. We had a very senior SAS grade last year & the cd use to send casuality/ward cases into his glaucoma clinic which was already booked full to capacity & additionally he had students/trainees in his overbooked clinic. The poor helpleass soul politely obliged until he resigned & left for somewhere out of country.
