good for him, made the right decision.

Its very unfair on the CD to send A&E pts into an already fully loaded specialist glaucoma clinic. He/She is abusing his powers as CD. That should be malpractice. Additionally, consultants should be doing the teaching & training, they must not leave it to speciality doctors. That is again malpractice.
