I was doing a completely unsupervised laser clinic next door to the TPD who used to ask me to do extra cases on an already overbooked list. In return, I asked for a competency to be signed that I was competent to do laser. They refused! but are happy to recommend me as an assessor for WBAs for the trainees and for me to be on the on call rota. This nutcase is taking a consultant salary...
