I was offered a two year fellow post in october last year & the schedule included two theatres, one admin session plus one teaching. Just recently, department has changed the schedule, reducing theatre to one session, taking away admin and alternate teaching session would be a casualty session. There is no such thing in the contract & neither they are allowed to change it without due deliberation. Last week, i had send my resignation and the HR is asking to give a notice period of 3 months, while the contract says one month notice period. The ophthalmology manager and the clinical director are both despicable, rude & unhelpful persons.
